Close to 160 people entered to be a Lake Mary Healthy Living Magazine Challenge Ambassador. Emily Edwards and John McGivern were selected to “Take The Challenge” and lead a healthy lifestyle. For a year, they will work on reaching their weight-loss and fitness goals, all while Central Florida watches.

Watch as they weigh in and see how they’ve transformed so far on Saturday, September 7 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lake Mary Farmers’ Market. Enjoy music, healthy-living vendors, cooking demonstrations, healthy-eating classes and fresh local produce. Wear workout gear and try free group classes including Zumba and yoga. The weigh in will happen at 12:30 p.m.
