You always know a Cinnabon is nearby because of the sweet scent wafting in the air. And the bakery shop has been pulling fresh, hot cinnamon rolls out of the oven for 40 years.
This year marks Cinnabon’s 40th birthday and they’re celebrating by taking customers back to 1985 with a sweet deal on its signature treat.

On Aug. 22, 2025, Cinnabon is offering its Classic Cinnamon Roll for just $1.25 at participating locations — from noon to 4 p.m. That’s the original price of the bakery shop’s iconic and popular sweet treat!
The deal excludes add-ons, extras and tax. Limit one per person.
A Classic Cinnabon Roll is regularly $5.89, so it’s definitely a sweet deal. Price varies by location.
