Budget Parking Tips
Use these downtown street parking tricks to keep your outing genuinely cheap:
- Use the ParkMobile App: Skip the ticketing kiosks. Download the app before you go to easily find, track, and pay for your street curb space by the minute.
- The Two-Hour Meter Limit: Most curbside parallel spaces directly outside Duncan Park, City Hall, and Art2 allow up to two hours of parking.
- Look north and west for free spots: If you are headed to Luminary Green Park or the North Quarter plazas, look for unmetered street curbs just a couple of blocks west into the residential edges of Creative Village. You can often score completely free parking if you don’t mind a 3-minute walk.
