Things to Do in Orlando in June

It might be hot, but summer in Central Florida is beautiful. From holidays and special events to long days enjoying Orlando's natural spaces, you can rest assured that June holds lots of summer magic for you.

Here are some ideas for the best things to do this June.

Father's Day is June 15th

There's no better place to help celebrate Dad than Central Florida, where you can choose your own Father's Day adventures. Lots of local attractions offer discounts and deals just for dads too, so you can make memories without overspending.

Juneteenth Celebrations

Juneteenth celebrates the day the Union Army made its way into Galveston, TX in 1863 and announced to the people of Texas that all enslaved African Americans were free. Here in Central Florida, we have lots of opportunities to celebrate that date with music and celebrations.

Bite30 Begins June 1st

If you are a foodie in Orlando, you have probably been counting down the days until Bite30 comes back this year.

From June 1st through July 13th, participating restaurants offer special prix fixe menus for multi-course dinners at a set price of $38. This allows you to try multiple dishes on the restaurant's menu for about the cost of a single entree, and restaurants get to showcase their specialty dishes to the new customers attracted by their Bite30 menu. Take this as your sign to restaurant-hop through the City Beautiful, try some truly delicious food, and maybe find a new favorite dining spot.
