A small Classic Frosty is regularly $3.59. Price may vary by location.
The deal is available in-restaurant and via the drive-thru. Best of all, no promo code, digital coupon or loyalty membership required.
The offer is also available online via Wendy’s site or app. Delivery orders are excluded from the offer.
