No matter what the season is in Florida, you can always find a place to lace up skates and hit the ice. Orlando ice skating rinks are open year-round, and during the holiday season, UCF has it’s own frozen experience during the annual Light Up UCF event.

Holiday Ice Skating in Orlando
Light Up UCF
November 16 – January 1
Glide along the ice as a DJ spins classic holiday hits at Light Up UCF. Cost is $12 (discounts available for students and military). The annual holiday festival also has complimentary fun for all ages including a holiday light show and FREE film festival on select Friday and Saturday nights featuring classics like “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “Elf.” On select nights, Santa will make a special appearance.
Ice Skating Rinks in Orlando
The Ice Factory of Central Florida in Kissimmee
Just south of Orlando, this rink offers public skating during select times every day of the week. Prices range from $8 to $12 and include skates.
RDV Ice Den in Maitland
The family-friendly ice rink is open for public skating seven days a week. Check the schedule for public ice skating times. $7.52 for general skate admission and $10.33 on Friday and Saturday nights. Skate rental costs an additional $3.75. For more information, call 407-916-2556.

Daytona Ice Arena
Ice skating…at the beach! Daytona is just a short drive from Orlando. Enjoy skating in your warm jacket, and then visit the beach in your flip flops. Public ice skate hours at Daytona Ice Arena are available every day during select times. General admission $7.50.
